Add soybean chunks in a hot water and let them cook until they become soft. Once done cool them and remove all water from chunks and cut them finely
In kadai add oil, once hot add jeera, finely chopped onion.
Once onions are translucent add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
Let tomato become soft, and smash them, and add garam masala.
Add soybean kheema and slit green chillies and some curry leaves
Cover kheema and cook for 2 mins
Serve with fulkas / chapati
